Emīls Rolavs Emīls is leading the Josiah Venture Fusion ministry in Riga and helping all of the other Fusion groups in Latvia, while leading a local Fusion in the capital— equipping leaders and discipling teenagers in a local church in Riga.

Michal & Katarína Pončák Michal serves on Josiah Venture’s (JV) team in Slovakia for JV’s partner organization (TCKompass) on the Communications team, does one-on-one discipleship, and serves in his local church. Katarína has served on the TCKompass team since 2016 and just recently moved out of her role with JV in 2022 to be a marriage and family therapist.
