Our teams are made up by both European and international missionaries that work together to equip young leaders.

European missionaries are the core of what makes Josiah Venture’s vision possible.

More than two thirds of our missionaries are Europeans who serve in their own countries. Their knowledge of the culture and spiritual needs empowers Josiah Venture to reach the next generation of youth in a way they resonate with.
