Natalia Starkowska
Natalia heard the gospel for the first time in 2006 and was captured by it. She immediately started volunteering and growing in her local church in Nowy Tomysl, Poland. Since then, she has been watching God’s movement in Poland firsthand and dreaming about joining in full-time. That opportunity came in May 2016 when she started serving with FALA (Josiah Venture’s national organization in Poland) full-time.
Using her background in logistics and finance she is now supporting the JV Poland English camp team with her organizational and administrative skills. She uses her camp and youth ministry experience to advise and encourage national youth leaders. Natalia lives in her hometown where she co-leads her church’s youth ministry. Her focus is on girls and leaders ministry.
She has a strong desire to empower youth to be disciples who make disciples. From keeping things organized via spreadsheet files to one-on-one discipling meetings, mentoring young women, and developing next-generation leaders, Natalia is training others in ministry team development and discipleship.
