Pavlína Bujoková
Pavlina grew up in Haviřov, where she lived with her family and attended the church that facilitated Josiah Venture’s (JV’s) first ever English camp. From a young age, she encountered the ministries of Josiah Venture and witnessed the beginnings of KAM, Josiah Venture’s partner organization in the Czech Republic. It was during these years that God was already forming in her an understanding and love for God’s work in Czech.
Pavlina attended high school at Beskydy Mountain Academy, where she grew not only in her English skills, but in her courage and boldness of faith. She pursued an English Linguistics and Business bachelor’s degree. Then, she continued her education with a Marketing and Communications masters’ degree. After finishing her studies in 2017, God led Pavlina back to Haviřov to serve as a youth leader in her church and to join KAM as their Communications Manager.
As of 2022, Pavlina has stepped into the new role of Training Manager, where she works directly with church denominations and youth pastors. She is passionate about leading projects where she can better understand people’s needs and provide them with resources in the form of coaching, mentoring, study, and other training materials.
