Emīls Rolavs Emīls is leading the Josiah Venture Fusion ministry in Riga and helping all of the other Fusion groups in Latvia, while leading a local Fusion in the capital— equipping leaders and discipling teenagers in a local church in Riga.

Petr & Lauren Božoň Lauren and Petr Bozon serve on Josiah Venture’s International team. Petr oversees all of JV’s facility projects in Czech and short-term missions teams, and they are both actively involved in local ministry.
