It is an undeniable fact that music has the power to bring people together, and music has always been an important part of youth culture. Fusion is a relational ministry that uses music as a tool. Through singing in a Fusion choir and potentially learning how to play an instrument, young people across many of the Josiah Venture countries have the opportunity to become part of an accepting community, connect to the local church, and hear the Gospel.

Since the very beginning of Josiah Venture’s ministry, we have seen the power of organizing evangelistic summer camps in partnership with local churches. At these week-long camps, young people get to experience the love of Christ through the relationships they build and hear a bold and clear presentation of the Gospel. Through camp, students also get to improve their sports, music, or English conversational skills. In partnership with local churches in the last thirty years we have organised over 2000 camps where thousands of young people have decided to follow Christ and become disciple-making disciples in their local church.

Central and Eastern Europe are home to some of the world’s most atheistic areas. Here, many teenagers feel trapped on dangerous paths that lead nowhere good. But God is opening doors in public schools, giving Josiah Venture a chance to reach thousands of young people. We share how the Bible’s truth and Christ’s love offer the only real way out. Our innovative program, Exit, brings preventative lectures, talks, music events, and workshops filled with Biblical values into students’ lives.

Any athlete will tell you that being ready to give your all on game day is crucial. It’s not easy – it takes guts, strength, and dedication to leave everything on the field. This idea applies to life too. Sadly, most young people in central and eastern Europe don’t have Jesus or godly mentors to show them what a life well-lived looks like. That’s where Josiah Venture’s Edge Sports ministry steps in. Edge is an intentional disciple-making ministry through church based sports.
